Here's the Tchaikovsky VC.... LP transfer seemed very low-level: side 2 peaked @ -7dB (post-dubbing amplified by 2dB to 'match' side 1). Numerous tape-joins evident/mismatches in balance - the orchestra typically in a carvernous/'canned' acoustic.. Some of the violin-playing seemed routine (...). Not bothered comparing with the 33CX (mono from stereo tape). MediaFart will probably ZAP the file - but if any interest shown (downloads) might re-upload to Mega. Have the 24-bit files.. N.B: The Lalo is excellent!
