ReplyDeleteWas pondering whether to upload the Izotope files instead - as that was the original intention + 24 WAV non-Izotope as suspect the high click count is due to the LP processing - so if anyone prefers that..(little sonic degradation)..
DeleteOriginally intended uploading these in 2012 but didn't want to wet-clean the disc at that stage due to the 'oily' vinyl compound -.(this is far superior to the horrid 1952 pressing - which 'went east'..the ACL's - have 1 [Elgar/Delius] of the 2 discs - and is extremely 'bright').
Perhaps it's the Studio acoustic that gives some impression of fallible playing?
I see the 1953 Olof conducted 'Merrie England' is not on CD - have the stereo transcription 'Eclipse' - might give it a spin..
